Falcon TVET University offers a variety of progression routes that enable learners to seamlessly transition between vocational training, academic degrees, and work-based learning. These pathways are designed to provide flexibility, ensuring that learners can combine practical skills with academic knowledge for well-rounded career development.

Vocational Pathway (TVET Certificates and Diplomas):
  • Learners begin by earning TVET Level 2 or 3 Certificates, gaining foundational vocational skills.
  • Progression continues with TVET Level 4 Diplomas, offering specialized training in fields such as Hotel Management, Digital Marketing, and Business Essentials.
  • Further advancement is achieved with TVET Level 5 Diplomas, where students refine their expertise and engage in more advanced, industry-specific training, leading to higher-level career opportunities or entrepreneurship.
Academic Pathway (Degrees and Professional Diplomas):
  • Learners may choose to pursue Professional Diplomas or Degree programs, which focus on academic and theoretical knowledge.
  • Progression from TVET Level 5 Diplomas may lead to Bachelor’s Degrees in partnership with universities like Yonsei University or other international institutions.
  • Learners have the option to continue toward Master’s Programs or Professional Certifications, depending on their goals.
Work-Based Pathway (Internships and Professional Development):
  • Work-based learning is integral to Falcon TVET’s approach. Students engage in internships, global placements, and industry attachments during their diplomas, particularly at TVET Level 5.
  • The One Plus One Program offers a unique blend of academic learning with a 1-year local placement and 1-year international placement, providing global industry exposure.
  • Professional development and Continuous Professional Development (CPD) programs allow for ongoing learning and skill upgrades even after formal education is completed.

Blended and Cross Pathways:

Learners can:
  • Blend pathways: Combine academic and vocational training by earning TVET Diplomas while pursuing degree-level courses, enabling them to gain both practical skills and academic credentials.
  • Cross pathways: Switch between vocational and academic routes, such as progressing from a TVET Level 5 Diploma to a Bachelor’s Degree or from a Professional Diploma into a work-based internship program.
