TVET Progression Route

We provide vocational and academic pathways for learners to achieve the same recognition in learning. Learners may blend or cross paths to achieve their career and education goals. The image identifies some of the academic, vocational, and work-based routes available through FTU.

The FTU Main Priorities require a lifelong learning approach, with flexible pathways to allow for skilling, reskilling, and upskilling. It calls for identifying and anticipating the skills needed to transition to digital and green economies. It relies on strengthened social dialogue and the participation of employers and civil society, including youth.

Falcon TVET University Globally Accredited TVET diploma levels:

TVET Level 1: This level usually involves basic foundational skills and knowledge related to a particular trade or industry. It may cover introductory topics and is often seen as an entry-level qualification.

TVET Level 2: At this level, students build upon the foundational skills and knowledge acquired in Level 1. It may involve specialized training and preparation for specific job roles within the chosen industry.

TVET Level 3: Level 3 TVET diplomas typically involve more advanced training, including complex tasks and greater responsibilities. Graduates may qualify for technical or skilled roles in their respective fields.

TVET Level 4: Level 4 diplomas usually represent a higher level of competency and proficiency. Graduates may be prepared for supervisory or management roles within their chosen industries.

TVET Level 5: At this level, TVET programs may include advanced technical training and theoretical knowledge. Graduates might be eligible for managerial positions or further education in related fields.

TVET Level 6: Level 6 TVET diplomas may encompass a broader and more in-depth understanding of industry practices. Graduates could pursue senior management positions or higher education, such as bachelor’s degrees.

TVET Level 7: At this level, TVET programs may cover advanced skills, research, and theoretical knowledge. Graduates might be qualified for top-tier management or executive positions, or they could continue their education at the master’s level.

TVET Level 8: Level 8 TVET diplomas represent the highest technical and vocational education and training level. Graduates might be considered field experts who could pursue leadership roles, research, or doctoral studies.
